Advocate Suzanne Shaban has obtained a Litigation practice certificate from the Jordanian Law Bar Association in 1994, and a B.A in law from University of Jordan in 1991.
Description of Practice areas(notable projects):
Advocate Suzanne Shaban focuses her practice on the sector of IP, litigation and Corporate. Notably, Mrs. Suzanne provided consultancy in the areas of Labor Law, Social Security, Income Tax, Intellectual Property, Corporate and Commercial. Mrs. Sha’ban also advises client in the field of international Trademarks filing and registration, renewals and annuities and provides assistance in respect of IP due diligence and research. Advocate Suzanne Shaban also handles Intellectual Property Litigation before courts and related official departments she is also involved in preparation and filing of opposition, cancellation actions and provisional enforcement measures. Advocate Suzanne Shaban also works on drafting and reviewing all kinds of IP and commercial contracts and agreements. Before joining Shams Globe, Advocate Suzanne Shaban served as a legal advisor at International Business Legal Associates (IBLAW) located in Amman & at Al- Shaali Law Firm Located in Dubai.
